AapliSocietyDelete your account or data
You can delete your AapliSociety account yourself, at any time, from inside the app. If you cannot sign in, write to us.
Fastest way: inside the app
Open the app, go to Settings → Security → Delete my account, type your 4-digit PIN and confirm.
What happens
- You are signed out and removed from your society and flats.
- Your private diary, profile photo, push tokens and PIN are erased, and your phones are signed out.
- Your name in old receipts, bills and the society’s books becomes Deleted user, because the society must keep its accounts whole. Your mobile number can be used again.
- This cannot be undone.
- If you are the only admin of a society, make another person the admin first (Manage → Designations); only then can the account be deleted.
If you cannot sign in
Send a message from your registered mobile number with the words “delete my account” and your society code to WhatsApp +91 93202 03131 or e-mail info@techmaark.com. We will confirm and delete it within 7 days.
Delete a whole society or take a copy first
The society’s admin can first export everything (Settings → Society → Export: a zip with Excel lists and a full copy). To delete the whole society, the admin writes to us from the admin’s registered number with the society code. We confirm, then delete the society’s records and the people who then belong to no society.
